I am preparing to hold a private wedding ceremony at a small private estate. I got a logistical problem because of the narrow road and small gravel lot. What is the best way to handle this situation - should I order a shuttle service for guests or let them park on their own?

I don't think a parking lot like this would give a good first impression of a wedding ceremony. It is better to contact a valet service company, I contacted Allaboutparking with a similar request. When the guests arrive, the valets will pick up their cars to park them instead of the owners, who can immediately join the celebration in beautiful outfits. And when the ceremony is over, the valet will return the car so the guests' costumes don't get spoiled.
