  • When Should You Start Paying Property Taxes?

    Hey folks,

I've been digging into the nitty-gritty of property taxes lately, and I'm curious about your thoughts on when it's best to start paying them. I know they can vary depending on where you live and your property's value, but I'd love to hear your experiences and advice on the matter. One aspect I'm particularly interested in is protesting property taxes. Have any of you tried this before? If so, when did you decide it was worth protesting, and what steps did you take? I'm looking to gather some insights and tips to see if it's something I should consider for my own properties. So, when do you think is the right time to start paying property taxes? And do you have any advice on Protesting your property taxes effectively? Let's share our knowledge and help each other out!

I recently inherited a property that I plan to rent out, but to be honest, I have no experience in property management. I have heard that there are property management companies that can take care of everything from finding tenants to maintenance and rent collection. However, I am not sure whether it is really worth hiring such companies or if I should try to do it myself. What are the benefits of property management services and is it worth the money? Maybe someone has already used such services and can recommend a proven agency that is pleasant to work with? I would be grateful for your advice and recommendations!
