Speaking of Puello, he defends the WBC super lightweight title against Sandor Martin. Puello (23-0) won the WBA super lightweight title in 2022 but was named champion-in-recess after a PED suspension. He beat Russell in his last fight and looks for his first successful title defense.

βTankβ is back in the ring for the first time since last June, when he dominated challenger Frank Martin in Las Vegas before delivering an eighth-round stoppage to successfully defend his WBA world lightweight title.
Davis had been hoping for a blockbuster clash next almost two years on from his massive bout against long-time rival Ryan Garcia, but talks with the likes of IBF champion Vasiliy Lomachenko for a high-profile unification showdown never bore fruit.
Instead the unbeaten 30-year-old now takes on another huge underdog in Roach, the WBA super-featherweight title-holder who is hoping to cause an almighty upset to become a two-division world champion at Barclays Center after putting together a sequence of six consecutive wins since his sole professional defeat by Jamel Herring in 2019, including against Hector Garcia and Irelandβs Feargal McCrory.
Davis is expected to take care of business emphatically once again in New York amid hopes of setting up a major fight against the likes of Shakur Stevenson, Keyshawn Davis, Garcia, Devin Haney or Lomachenko.
