I have long been looking for interesting games that can really help improve memory and cognitive abilities. I've heard that there are quite a few apps and board games that are specifically designed for this purpose. What games, in your experience, are really effective for memory training? What's the best choice - video games, mobile apps, or something more traditional like chess or Sudoku? And how often do you need to play to notice real progress in improving your memory?

I also forget little things all the time - names, dates, important details. This has been a big problem of mine for several years, but the worst part is that I didn't do anything to fix it. But I'm happy that when I got married my wife just made me play games to improve memory. I used the games and memory improvement tips from memoryos and it all really helped me improve my concentration and cognitive functions. Now I play these games regularly and I noticed that I started to memorize information faster. This article really gave me working tools to train my brain.
