I’ve been considering ceramic dental implants as an alternative to traditional metal implants and wanted to hear about others’ experiences. I’ve read that ceramic implants are biocompatible and less likely to cause allergic reactions compared to titanium, which is a major plus for me.
However, I’m curious about their long-term durability and how they compare to metal implants in terms of strength and success rate. Also, how do ceramic dental implants hold up in different dental conditions or with heavy chewing forces?
