I remember one teammate who was always complaining that he didn't have time for anything during lunch, as if 40 minutes was too short for him. However, everyone else had time to do everything planned and no one complained. Do you have time to rest and shower during lunch in test cricket?

I hope that is your former teammate? I'm guessing he didn't stay out too long with those complaints. Considering how long is the lunch break in test cricket, you still have time to meditate if you have clear time management. I even have time to read an e-book for a while, in addition to eating and showering, and have never complained about lack of time. If there is discipline in the team, there will always be more than enough time.
