    Hi everyone!!! I have this question: is it true that grounding sheets can reduce stress levels? I've been getting really tired at work lately, and I feel like a squeezed lemon in the evening. An acquaintance told me that she tried a sheet like this and she felt less stressed. At first I thought it was something from the category of “magic”, but then I remembered how good I feel when walking barefoot in nature. Maybe there is something similar here? I would like to hear the opinions and experiences of those who have already tried it.

    I was in a similar situation a couple months ago: constant fatigue, stress from work and poor sleep. I decided to try grounding bed sheets after reading grounding bed sheets reviews . To be honest, I didn't expect to feel the effect, but it was real! After a week I started to notice that I was less stressed about little things, and I felt more rested in the mornings. Maybe it's a placebo, but it works for me, and I'm now sure that our body somehow reacts to these things.

      Was reading your thread and was wondering why there is so much talk about these grounding things now. Do they really help with stress management? On the other hand, I think a lot depends on the overall approach: if you're trying to maintain balance in your life, any extra help will be noticeable. I guess a sheet can be part of that process if one believes it will help. In any case, new methods are always curious to learn.​
