Hi everyone!!! I have this question: is it true that grounding sheets can reduce stress levels? I've been getting really tired at work lately, and I feel like a squeezed lemon in the evening. An acquaintance told me that she tried a sheet like this and she felt less stressed. At first I thought it was something from the category of “magic”, but then I remembered how good I feel when walking barefoot in nature. Maybe there is something similar here? I would like to hear the opinions and experiences of those who have already tried it.
