I realize this is probably a strange question, but the thing is that my little brother has started going to programming school and I want to give him a Christmas present in the form of a new computer. Since they're about to start going through the SDK and have been told to familiarize themselves with Visioforge http://www.visioforge.com/ which they'll be practicing on, it's important for me to know if having Windows 10 and DirectX 10 installed will be enough for him to get started. Or would it be better for him to still have .Net Framework 4.0 installed? What are the minimum system requirements for using the SDK?
