Resource Tycoon (Cross-Server) at uf2 broken

After 15 minutes tycoon points stop counting and this is happen always when tycoon started about when the new year came in 2020!
Called year 2k bug that is happen to our server only for mutated server from facebook cookies tracking

Is fix now tycoon points is working back again, but the loop quest was reset
